Arrive the Night Before for a Smooth & Relaxing Start

To help make your Spirit Heart Cruise experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible, we highly recommend arriving the evening before departure on January 1, 2027.

We have secured a group hotel option for the night before the cruise, making it easy for everyone to settle in, connect, and begin the journey together.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service, and for added convenience, the free trolley is located right next to the hotel. The trolley provides easy transportation and takes you just a few miles to the cruise port.

There is also plenty to enjoy in the area surrounding the hotel, including restaurants, shopping & local attractions — making it the perfect way to ease into your transformational journey.

Welcome Dinner at Brick’s

As a group, we will be coordinating reservations for a welcome dinner at Brick’s on the evening of January 1, 2027.

This will be a beautiful opportunity to meet fellow guests, connect with speakers, and begin building community before we set sail.

We encourage all guests to book their hotel stay for 1/1/2027 so they can join us for this special pre-cruise gathering.

There are three tiers of balcony rooms:

Group Rates are good until 9/3/2026

Category 2D - Cruise Fare $ 768.32 + Conference Fee $ 600.00 = $1368.32 - PP

Category 4B - Cruise Fare $ 802.32 + Conference Fee $600.00 = $1402.32 - PP

Category 4D - Cruise Fare $ 708.32 + Conference Fee $ 600.00 = $1308.32 - PP

***conference fee is charge separately by Spirit Heart Cruise***

This rate is based on double occupancy. It includes your cruise fare, port fees, conference fee, and gratuities. Additionally, all meals at the main dining room and buffets are covered, except for specialty restaurants.

single occupancy rooms are charged at two times the above amounts

Drinks such as coffee, tea, and non-bottled water are included. However, there is an additional charge for sodas and alcoholic beverages.

All payments for payment plans have to be paid prior to 9/26/2026 this includes all cruise fares & conference fee.
