TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Spirit World Travel website, including www.spiritworldtravel.com, and participation in any travel experiences, conferences, retreats, events, or cruises offered by Spirit World Travel, including but not limited to the Spirit Heart Cruise (“Event”).

By accessing the website, booking travel, purchasing a cabin, paying a conference participation fee, or participating in any Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using this website or participating in any Spirit World Travel Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any related policies, disclosures, or communications provided electronically or in writing.

2. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS

Participants under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age.

Only participants 21 years of age or older may occupy a cabin independently.

By registering, participants confirm they meet all age and supervision requirements.

Spirit World Travel reserves the right to deny participation, remove a participant, or modify cabin assignments for failure to meet eligibility requirements, without refund.

3. NATURE OF THE EXPERIENCE (IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER)

Spirit World Travel Events provide educational, inspirational, spiritual, and experiential programming.

These offerings are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or financial services, and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes, healing, insight, or personal transformation.

Participation is voluntary and based on individual experience and interpretation.

4. PASSENGER CONDUCT & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Participants agree to:

Conduct themselves respectfully toward other passengers, speakers, staff, crew, vendors, and organizers

Follow all cruise line policies, venue rules, and Organizer instructions

Spirit World Travel reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the Event’s mission, without refund of any monies paid, including conference fees, travel costs, excursions, or partner services.

5. SOLICITATION & PROMOTIONS (PASSENGERS)

Passengers may not:

Sell products or services

Promote businesses, programs, or offerings

Solicit other passengers or crew members

Offer, provide, or receive private readings, sessions, or spiritual services with individuals who are not registered Spirit World Travel participants

Private exchanges between registered participants must be mutual, non-disruptive, and free from pressure.

Spirit World Travel is not responsible for private agreements, interactions, or disputes between participants.

6. PRIVATE SESSIONS & READINGS

Private sessions or readings are optional and offered for spiritual or educational insight only, based on personal experience.

Spirit World Travel is not responsible for outcomes, payments, scheduling, or disputes related to private sessions arranged independently between participants.

7. RECORDING, PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

By registering and participating as a paid registrant, you grant Spirit World Travel and The Inner Temple Education Foundation, Inc. the irrevocable right to photograph, audio-record, and video-record your participation for promotional, educational, marketing, and archival purposes, across all media formats, without compensation.

Participants who do not wish to be recorded must notify the Organizer in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the Event.

Reasonable efforts will be made to limit camera visibility; however, complete exclusion cannot be guaranteed.

8. GROUP RATES & RESERVATION DEADLINES

Spirit World Travel may offer group rates subject to cruise line availability and policies.

Group rates will be released on September 3, 2026

All reservations must be fully booked and confirmed on or before September 3, 2026 to qualify for group pricing

Reservations made after this date may be subject to higher pricing, limited availability, or standard cruise line rates

Failure to review public Terms of Service, policies, or official email communications does not constitute lack of notice. Registrants assume all risks, penalties, and conditions.

9. PAYMENTS, CONFERENCE FEE & SINGLE OCCUPANCY

Conference Participation Fee

Participation in the Spirit Heart Cruise includes a NON-REFUNDABLE conference participation fee of six hundred dollars ($600.00) per participant.

Participants classified as single occupancy passengers (occupying two passenger spaces in one cabin) are subject to a non-refundable conference fee of $1,200.00.

The conference participation fee is separate from cruise line charges and is billed by The Inner Temple Education Foundation, Inc.

Conference fees must be paid in full no later than September 26, 2026.

Cruise Payments

All cruise-related payments must be paid and cleared in full by September 26, 2026, in accordance with cruise line policies.

Cancellations & Conference Fee

Cancellations made on or after September 26, 2026, are non-refundable, including conference participation fees, regardless of reason.

10. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS

All payments are subject to cruise line and travel partner policies

Deposits and payments may be non-refundable

Spirit World Travel is not responsible for missed sessions, schedule changes, or itinerary adjustments

Transfers are permitted only with prior written approval

11. FORCE MAJEURE, TRAVEL DELAYS & RETURN RESPONSIBILITY

Spirit World Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, mechanical issues, port authority decisions, acts of God, pandemics, governmental actions, or cruise line changes.

In the event of delayed return to port or delayed disembarkation, Spirit World Travel is not responsible for additional costs, including lodging, flights, lost wages, or inconvenience incurred by participants.

12. HEALTH, SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating, you:

Assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being

Accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, illness, or emotional responses

Acknowledge that spiritual and experiential programming may evoke personal or energetic responses

Release Spirit World Travel, The Inner Temple Education Foundation, Inc., speakers, staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from all liability

Travel insurance is optional but strongly recommended.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All services and content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Spirit World Travel shall not be liable for personal injury, emotional distress, lost or stolen property, third-party actions, or technical, operational, or scheduling issues.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Cruise line, venue, excursion, and vendor policies apply. Spirit World Travel is not responsible for third-party services or providers.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, recordings, branding, trademarks, and content are the intellectual property of Spirit World Travel or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

17. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, mediation, arbitration, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in Pasco County, Florida.
